Author Fees Policy
An-Nahdhah: Journal of Education and Culture
Submission Fee
An-Nahdhah: Journal of Education and Culture does not charge any submission fee. Authors may submit their manuscripts free of charge for editorial screening and peer-review processes.

Article Processing Charge (APC)
To support editorial management, peer-review administration, copyediting, proofreading, DOI registration, website maintenance, and online publication services, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only to manuscripts that have been accepted for publication.
The APC is charged after the manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and received a formal acceptance decision from the Editorial Board.
Article Processing Charge (APC):
- Indonesian Authors: IDR 500,000 per accepted article
- International Authors: USD 30 per accepted article

Waiver and Discount Policy
The Editorial Board may grant partial or full APC waivers under specific circumstances, including:
- Authors from low-income countries.
- Outstanding manuscripts with significant scholarly contributions.
- Invited papers from distinguished scholars.
- Authors facing financial constraints supported by reasonable justification.
Requests for APC waivers must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Policy
- APC payments are requested only after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication.
- Payment of APC does not guarantee publication.
- Manuscripts that fail to meet editorial and peer-review standards will be rejected without charge.
- APC payments are non-refundable once the production process has commenced.
Open Access Policy
All articles published in An-Nahdhah: Journal of Education and Culture are made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without financial, legal, or technical barriers, subject to proper citation of the original work.
